Description: Part time LOCUM dentist required for 1-3 days per week in a mixed practice in Cromer, Norfolk.
Key Details:
1. £500 day rate with no laboratory fees, deductions.
2. 2 surgery practice located in the heart of the town centre of Cromer in North Norfolk.
3. Local parking available, large surgeries with windows.
4. Digital x-rays and computerised practice management system.
5. Experienced dental nurses and stable patient list.
6. NHS performer number and GDC registration required.
7. Weekly payment available.

2. Local Area Team confirmation.
3. GDC certificate.
4. UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
5. Indemnity certificate.
6. Passport.
7. Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
8. Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
9. Degree certificate.
10. CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
11. IRMER.
