Wiltshire College & University Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Variable Hours Lecturer in Horticulture to join our team.

Lecturer in Horticulture - Role:
We seek an inspiring horticulture professional to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical teaching to students at various levels. You will help develop a curriculum aligned with current industry standards and support learners in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and educate students with your knowledge and insights.
* Deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.
* Develop creative schemes of work and lesson plans.
* Provide guidance and support to help students succeed.
* Collaborate with industry partners to enhance curriculum and work placements.
Candidate Profile:
* Substantial professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields.
* Passion for teaching and sharing expertise.
* Excellent communication skills to motivate diverse learners.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
