The Role Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 516 with autism, SEMH and associated complex needs. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils re-engage with learning. The role involves using restorative approaches, consistent routines and positive reinforcement strategies to maintain a safe, structured and supportive environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.

This specialist provision is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with autism and additional complex needs through a structured, therapeutic and highly personalised approach to learning.
