You will be joining an established and growing construction company that has its headquarters in Worcester.
Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time position involving work across Worcestershire, the Midlands, and down to the South Coast. You will support project managers and senior teams with administrative tasks across multiple sites. Key duties include:
* Administration for project managers across various sites in the Midlands and beyond.
* Inputting data and images.
* Creating reports.
* Supporting the Social Value Coordinator.
* Managing office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
* Coordinating schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
* Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and presentations.
* Assisting in budgeting and financial tracking of departmental expenses.
* Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
* Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
* Supporting project management activities and assisting with special projects.
* Responding to inquiries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* Confidence in travelling to multiple locations.
* Experience with administration is preferred but not essential.
* A keen, willing, and flexible attitude.
* Ability to work effectively with different teams and sites.
* Personable with excellent communication skills.
