The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the crews working from our Hardwick Depot. As a Contract Administrator, you will ensure efficient order processing, contract management and prepare invoices / applications to clients.
Responsibilities
Daily administration of various contracts including receipting orders via email from clients, logging onto spreadsheets and EDRS, and preparing job packs for crews. Manage administrative aspects of those contracts, raise purchase orders in our bespoke system, answer the telephone and liaise with clients for work orders, prepare invoiced applications for payments to clients, and assist the Contracting Department with daily duties.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working to deadlines, proactive in their approach, and take pride in their work, bringing a strong work ethic. Some flexibility with working hours is required for peaks in our workflow.
