Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to the sales department and help maintain strong relationships with our customers. You'll need to be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with CRM and office software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
* Respond to customer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
* Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer records
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
* Maintain organised filing systems for sales-related documents
* Perform accurate data entry and uphold data integrity across platforms
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proven time management and deadline-meeting capabilities
* Strong IT skills and understanding of systems relevant to sales administration
* A customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
