Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Manufacturing Quality Inspector on a 3 Month Contract, based in Stafford. Role Summary This is a visible role where you will demonstrate high energy, be a team player with a can-do spirit, be detail orientated, and want to have influence on business outcomes. The Quality Inspector will monitoring the entire production cycle (from receiving materials to shipping final product) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards specified by the company. They will maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company standards/procedures and complying with legal regulations. This role involves documenting findings, reporting defects, and working closely with production teams to address quality issues. It is a fast-paced environment where sound decision making under pressure within the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) framework will be required. Responsibilities: 1. Inspecting Products and identifying defects: Conduct inspections on products at different stages of production, including raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
