We’re working with a leading hotel group on the launch of an exciting new rooftop destination, opening Summer 2026. With a premium, wet‑led focus, this venue will be one of London’s most anticipated opening, a dynamic, high‑volume space offering incredible views and year‑round appeal.
The General Manager Role:
This is a hands‑on, commercial leadership role reporting directly into the Hotel General Manager. You’ll oversee the full operation, from pre‑opening planning through to launch and ongoing performance.
* Lead and inspire a team of around 70, including senior managers across bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
* Develop and implement operational standards, guest experience strategies, and commercial plans.
* Drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth through exceptional execution and leadership.
* Oversee menu development, concept refinement, and guest experience initiatives.
* Deliver a smooth, high‑energy service environment and a thriving culture of excellence.
The Right Candidate:
* At least 4 years’ experience leading a high‑volume, premium venue in London.
* Strong wet‑led background and commercial acumen.
* Proven record of delivering growth, profitability, and outstanding guest experiences.
* Hands‑on, visible leader who thrives on the floor and inspires their team.
* Skilled in pre‑openings, team development, and operational delivery.
