About the Job:


ROLE:


Ready to become a key part of The Agency Blueprint’s mission? As a SDR, you’ll be responsible for selling our 7-Figure Recruitment Agency Blueprint and Remote Assistants to potential clients. You will be the first point of contact with leads, nurturing relationships and setting them with our closers to complete the deal.

You’ll work with your own pipeline and have the freedom to execute your strategy while receiving guidance from our senior sales team. If you’re passionate about helping recruitment agencies scale and making a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you.


What We Offer You:


* Base salary + uncapped commissions, with potential earnings of £60,000+ per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Establish and develop positive relationships with prospects and clients
* Take charge of your own sales pipeline, moving leads through stages in our CRM
* Maintain a detailed, up-to-date pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects
* Engage with prospects, educate them on how The Agency Blueprint can help them scale their recruitment business, and guide them toward enrolling
* Work closely with myself and senior team for ongoing feedback and continuous improvement
* Follow up with potential clients who’ve shown interest and ensure no leads fall through the cracks
* Take ownership of your pipeline and consistently hit sales targets (40% close rate or 20+ sales/month)
* Regularly update and maintain CRM records


RESULTS:


* Consistent sales targets: 40% close rate and 20+ sales/month
* Updated CRM entries and accurate documentation of client interactions
* Successfully moving all prospects through the pipeline
* Strong communication within the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and clear expectations


REQUIREMENTS:


* High-volume sales experience (preferably in B2B, coaching, or recruitment industries)
* Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via video conference
* 2+ years of experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMBs)
* Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport quickly
* Open to learning new sales strategies and methodologies
* Well-organized and self-sufficient, able to manage time and pipeline effectively
* Must be routine-driven and proactive in maintaining high levels of communication and follow-up


LOCATION:


This position is office based in Newcastle, with potential to work from home for 2 days a week, but candidates must have the ability to work during our core operating hours.


SALARY:


Monthly base salary + uncapped commission potential

Potential Earnings: £60,000+ per year
