This position is available within either the Baby Room or Pre-School Room, making it ideal for a strong early years professional who enjoys leading a team, supporting children’s development, and maintaining excellent standards of practice. You'll play a key role in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar role
* Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
* Experience supporting children with additional needs and SEND
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and support colleagues

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of either the Baby Room or Pre-School Room
* Support and mentor colleagues within the room
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
* Plan engaging activities that support children’s development and interests
* Monitor children’s progress and identify individual support needs
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
* Create a positive and inclusive environment where all children can flourish
