Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Mallusk to recruit a new full-time and permanent Sales Operations Coordinator.

The focus of Sales Operations is to optimise the effectiveness of the district sales team by providing support to the team and Manager.

The candidate hired will use strong communication skills and deadline management. Sales Operations will collaborate effectively with various people and functions, handling tasks of moderate to high complexity in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The role supports all Business Development efforts in the district.


Tasks and Duties

1. Sales Support
o Support and attend weekly district sales meetings
o Manage and distribute sales leads
o Organise sales training sessions for the district
o Manage company visitors and coordinate meeting schedules with the sales team
2. Reporting
o Provide regular reports to support sales initiatives and ensure data integrity
o Be a local expert and advocate of Sales Enablement tools
3. Bids
o Facilitate bid organisation and responses for regional bid owners (including executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting, deadline management, and accuracy)
o Serve as a local expert on bid management and facilitation
4. Events
o Coordinate and deliver customer-facing district events for Business Development teams
o Analyse and report survey responses
5. Marketing
o Advocate for templates and branding guidelines as a local expert
o Support local marketing needs
o Coordinate and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletters with Regional Sales Operations
6. Personal Growth
o Attend training and development sessions to understand Sales and Sales Operations requirements
o Collaborate closely with Regional and GEO Sales Operations
o Take on additional assignments to support Business Development in the district/region
7. Physical Demands
o Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers
o Write with pencils, pens, or markers


Criteria

* Previous Sales Coordination or Support experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work off-site for local events and travel for training
* Strong problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Sense of urgency and goal orientation
* Excellent grammar, writing, and public speaking skills
* Fluent in English
* Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills
