Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000

Schedule: 08:00 17:00, Monday Friday (some flexibility)
The role of the Junior Estimator Roofing Systems will involve:
Junior Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing services across industrial, commercial and residential sectors such as: flat roofing, pithed roofing, metal & zinc roofing, lead roofing, green roofs and roof repairs
Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
Producing formal quotations to clients
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
Estimating for projects ranging in value up to circa £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Junior Estimator Roofing Systems with:
Must be Excel savvy
Ideally will have some experience within an estimating environment
Ideally will have experience within the roofing market sector
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong numerical skills
IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
Confident and articulate individual
