EMPLOYER’S AGENT/PROJECT MANAGER – (JPC-55)
Location: Sevenoaks Office
Overview:
Take projects from inception to completion, including Client liaison as Project Manager / Project Deliverer.
Work for a small team, reporting directly to the Team Leader / Delivery Director.
Experience/ Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years post-graduate experience Residential, New Build, Refurb, Regen and Remediation projects.
* Mixed-use developments.
* Understanding of JCT and Development Agreements.
* Technical background desired.
* Experienced in delivering fire remediation work.
* Experienced in managing land led new build residential schemes & engagement with multiple stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge, Understanding and Learning
1. Liaise closely with Clients, Contractors, Developers, Clerk of Works and other key stakeholders.
2. Understand the requirements of Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers and how they differ as Clients.
3. Understand the limit of your competency and when you will need to call on specialist advice and engage closely with them and wider project team as a team/project lead.
