Job Description
3. Providing corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning establishing corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements, in each case, domestically and cross border
4. Providing multidisciplinary client-focused solutions, and building and maintaining relationships with other teams and company clients
5. Leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and internationally
6. Project managing and driving projects to conclusion
7. Training and mentoring more junior team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Corporate Solicitor should have:
8. UK/IRE qualified with a minimum of 6 years PQE
9. Experience in a corporate solicitor role within the Professional Services industry
10. Excellent legal knowledge and the ability to apply it to practical situations
11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships
12. Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
