Production / Labouring Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham on a temporary basis. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds. Ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production.
* Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
* Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels.
* Carry out general labouring duties around the production site.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
Preferable for this position but not essential:
* Forklift experience
* Access to own vehicle
