Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview
As F&B Manager, you'll lead multiple outlets to deliver exceptional service every day. You'll oversee performance, financial results, and team development, while working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic goals. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring a balance of operational excellence and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B leadership team across all outlets.
· Ensure consistent high service standards and attention to detail.
· Manage departmental budgets, P&L, purchasing, and cost controls.
· Curate innovative food and beverage offerings, aligning with sustainability goals.
· Oversee health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.
· Partner with Events on premium beverage-led experiences.
· Maintain strong member engagement and act as a visible Club ambassador.
· Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
· Develop and maintain high employee morale through effective communication and reward and recognition programs, as well as promoting a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement.
· Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and at a clubhouse level to achieve efficient teamwork and accurate information for members and guests
· Effectively managing member correspondence at all levels and proactively seeking member feedback.
· Identify and oversee training needs and programs of F&B staff and develop existing staff skills to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement.
About You
· years' senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality or private member clubs
· Strong commercial skills, with proven P&L and cost control expertise.
· Deep knowledge of fine dining, bars, and high-volume event operations.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
· Expert in food safety, allergen regulations, licensing laws, and H&S standards.
· Wine and beverage expertise with supplier relationship management skills.
· Calm, solutions-focused, and member-first mindset.
Preferred
• Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
• First Aid trained, Fire Warden qualified, or experience overseeing incident management in a hospitality setting.
• Experience designing and delivering staff onboarding, skills workshops, and service refreshers for F&B teams.
• Experience working closely with Boards, Committees, or VIP stakeholders in a private club or high-governance environment.
