Role Responsibilities
1. Work with high-profile clients and develop the firm's commercial property offerings.
2. Manage your own caseload of real estate transactions.
3. Demonstrate an excellent track record and extensive experience in all areas of Commercial Property law, including development, investment, regeneration, and general commercial property matters.
4. Support senior team members and supervise junior staff.
5. Play a key role in the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on lateral hires within the sector.
6. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts for future instructions.
7. Exhibit excellent communication skills and provide exceptional client care.
Candidate Profile
1. Ideally a Partner, or a Senior Commercial Property Associate frustrated with current progression opportunities, with a following.
2. Experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law.
3. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
4. Ability to develop and leverage a professional network.
