Supported Housing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Supported Housing Manager to lead our Aspirations Supported Housing Service. This is a rewarding opportunity to support care‑experienced young people aged 16‑25 to develop independence and successfully move into their own tenancies.
About the service
The Aspirations Supported Housing Service provides high‑quality supported accommodation for young people transitioning from care. Delivered across shared houses, the service helps young people build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to live independently and thrive.

You will manage tenancies, including occupancy levels, rent arrears, and move‑on plans for residents. You will work in partnership with housing providers, social care teams, and landlords to secure suitable long‑term housing solutions. You will also monitor service performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement across the service. You will ensure accurate case recording, compliance with required standards, and readiness for audits and inspections. Finally, you will manage budgets and oversee financial processes, including rent collection and Housing Benefit administration.
