Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Shift Work Why This Role Matters You’ll be joining a team of skilled professionals tackling real-time faults and delivering corrective maintenance on a fleet of state-of-the-art rolling stock vehicles. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing faults on trains using schematics, technical data, and systems like Lead Mind. Performing hands-on maintenance across electrical and mechanical components. Supporting driver training by riding on trains and resolving in-service issues Producing clear internal reports to support ongoing maintenance and technical documentation. Collaborating with engineering and management teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment. What You’ll Need Strong fault-finding and data analysis skills. Experience with rolling stock, PLCs, or similar technical environments. Ability to work with diagnostic systems and interpret schematics. Level 3 qualification preferred (Level 2 considered with relevant experience).
