We are seeking an experienced leader for the role of Head of Brand, Content, and Creative at RNIB. This role involves defining and driving the organization's brand strategy, creative direction, and content approach to increase awareness, engagement, and impact for blind and partially sighted people.
As the Head of Brand, Content and Creative, you will:
* Develop and execute a powerful brand platform to enhance awareness and impact.
* Oversee brand strategy, creative content, media, and events to deepen audience engagement.
* Manage a multidisciplinary team focused on storytelling, content creation, and creative strategy.
* Innovate in brand experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Oversee RNIB Connect Radio, shaping its strategy and engagement.
* Manage external agency and partner relationships for optimal brand impact.
* Create brand tools and guidelines for strategic consistency.

About You:
* Extensive experience in developing and executing brand strategies for high-profile, public-facing organizations.
* Leadership in multidisciplinary marketing, content, creative, and media teams.
* Proven success managing large-scale campaigns and budgets over £1m.
* Deep knowledge of multi-channel brand strategies including social media, SEO, and advertising.
* Track record of compelling storytelling and brand proposition development.
* Experience in brand measurement and insights-driven growth.
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
