What you will be doing
You’ll be working with adults and young people with a range of acute mental health conditions, which will bring daily challenges and require you to be focused, engaged and have really good personal awareness and communication skills. This doesn’t mean just being able to talk or write, but being able to pick up on body language, social cues, and to be able to react and respond appropriately, fully explaining in a way that people in your care will understand.
You will be working as part of an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care, using your naturally compassionate nature and knowledge and skills to support people through their care pathway to lead a fulfilled life.
Being a good Healthcare Assistant will come naturally to you, and helping other people isn’t just a job, it’s part of who you are. If this sounds like you, then apply now and experience what delivering great healthcare should feel like.
