Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable) + Uncapped Commission

Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager Cladding Systems will be responsible for:
* Field sales of a manufactured range of premium stone cladding systems
* 80% of sales into independent builders merchants and buying group members
* 15% sales directly to contractors/installers and end users
* 5% presentations to architects (CPDs)
Managing an area with a turnover of approximately £180,000, with the goal to grow it to £350,000 in the first year. Projects range from boutique developments to landmark architectural projects. The role involves leading product presentations and site visits with end users, with occasional overnight stays.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in construction field sales
* Experience selling heavyside building materials (preferred)
* Must have sold into independent builders merchants or buying groups
* Ability to present CPDs to architects (preferred)
* Experience selling to contractors or end users is advantageous
* Highly organized and tech-savvy
