What you’ll do
* Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
* Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
* Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
* Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
* Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined‑up advice.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years PQE with a solid grounding in commercial property transactions and asset management.
* Comfortable managing own matters while contributing to team objectives.
