TAR MATERIALS CO-ORDINATOR
Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator, is seeking an experienced TAR Materials Co-ordinator to join their team in Aberdeen. This is an 18-month contract role (PAYE or Limited Company).
Scope of Work:
1. Reporting to the TAR Lead.
2. Lead material management for major workscopes, including asset planned outages in 2025 & 2026, large maintenance campaigns, and specific projects.
3. Work with SPAs to extract material requirements for workscopes.
4. Build, maintain, and report comprehensive materials & 3rd party equipment readiness tracker to all relevant stakeholders.
5. Expedite requisition raising and inventory reservations.
6. Ensure timely PO deliveries of materials & equipment with the assistance of Buyers.
7. Catalog new Item Master requirements.
8. Manage receipt & issue of PO deliveries and inventory reservations according to shipment plans.
9. Bag, tag, box, label, and containerize items at the warehouse, ensuring labels correspond to the materials readiness tracker.
10. Ensure PUWER documentation is completed and accurate; carry out 3rd party inspections on equipment prior to shipment where necessary.
11. Arrange deliveries to load-out points aligned with the TAR phased shipping plan.
12. Execute and communicate backload plans to the platform.
13. Ensure timely return of 3rd party equipment to vendors and warehouse returns to inventory.
14. Provide stand-in leadership during leave periods for OMC and mobilize offshore during execution to lead material management as required.
15. Support process upgrades and initiatives related to materials control.
System Knowledge Required:
Maximo knowledge is preferred.
