HR Administrator/People Services Administrator (6-Month Contract)
Location: Chandlers Ford/Hybrid completing three days at home and two days in the office once trained.
Salary: £26,208 P/A
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
This is a temporary contract for 6 months, with an immediate start.
Our client, a forward-thinking and people-focused organisation, is looking to recruit a proactive HR Administrator/People Services Administrator on a 6-month temporary contract to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing high-quality support across the HR function.
As the first point of contact for all People-related enquiries, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across HR, Learning & Development, and Benefits, ensuring processes run smoothly and employees receive timely, accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Manage Workday Case Management, ensuring timely resolution of employee cases in line with agreed SLAs.
Carry out pre-employment checks and renewals in line with company policy and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal data, and benefits information.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes. Benefits Administration
Process benefits enrolments, changes, and withdrawals efficiently and accurately. Employee Recognition
Administer the employee recognition programme, collating submissions and ensuring timely communications. Learning & Development (L&D)
Maintain accurate training records and manage bookings, attendance, and evaluations.
Coordinate L&D schedules and liaise with internal teams and external facilitators.
Collect feedback and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support the Apprenticeship programme, ensuring timely reporting and monitoring.
Produce monthly MI reports for the Head of OD, ensuring compliance with governance deadlines. Skills, Experience & Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 qualified, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in HR administration within a supportive and collaborative environment, and to contribute immediately to an established team.
