We are looking for a part qualified/ finalist Financial Accountant who is available to support a client of ours based in Milton Keynes for the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Involved in the production of the timely statutory accounts under IFRS
* Processing of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
* Reconcile the balance sheet to include inter company balances.
* Support statutory reporting, audits, and tax.
* Liaise with the auditors and tax advisors as needed.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
* Maintain internal controls & policies, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
The successful candidate:
* Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or similar)
* Experience working within a multi-site organisation
* Be experienced with inter company and foreign currency
* Be familiar with UK & US GAAP & IFRS
This is a hybrid position paying c£45,000PA.
