We have two exciting roles for a global retail client of ours. One based in the USA and this one, based in Germany.
It is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised retail organisation in a pivotal regional security and loss prevention leadership role covering Germany, Austria and Central & Eastern Europe.
This position sits at the heart of protecting people, assets, operations and brand reputation across a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. We are seeking a commercially minded security professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.

- Organised retail crime mitigation
- Security risk assessments & operational audits
- Corporate investigations and incident management
- Crisis response and business continuity support
- Security support for new store openings and expansion projects
- Vendor and guarding performance management
- Travel risk and event security planning
We’re interested in speaking with professionals who have experience in: - Retail security or corporate security leadership
- Asset protection and stock loss reduction
- Multi-site or multinational environments
- Investigations, crisis management and operational security
- CCTV, access control and security technologies
- Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders
The successful candidate will be a collaborative and commercially aware leader, capable of balancing operational risk with business priorities across diverse international markets.
✈️ Regular travel across Germany, Austria and CEE will be required.
