We're now looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing London team, based in the heart of Shoreditch. You'll be joining a collaborative, delivery-focused environment with the support, flexibility and earning potential to thrive. What you'll be doing: Own and grow a Data/AI/ML desk (contract or perm), with access to warm clients and high-value roles Build and manage relationships with top tech talent and hiring teams Drive new business and expand your client network across the UK & Europe Partner with our sister brands within Majar Group for cross-selling opportunities Deliver best-in-class service across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle Stay ahead of market trends and build your personal brand within the data space What we're looking for: 2 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech preferred) Proven billings and success against targets Strong BD and client acquisition skills Passion for Data, AI, or emerging technologies A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a team-first attitude Why Arrows?
