Senior Records Clerk (Band 3) – 6-Month Fixed Term Health Records, Dr Gray’s, Elgin About the Role As a Senior Records Clerk, you will: - Supervise and support junior records staff - Ensure accurate and timely filing, retrieval, and tracking of patient records - Maintain compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards - Act as a key point of contact for queries and day-to-day issues - Support the transition to electronic records where applicable What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in a health records or administrative role - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence in using IT systems and handling confidential information - A proactive and supportive approach to team supervision Why This Role Matters This full-time post is essential to ensure consistent service delivery and supervisory support throughout the week.
