Job Title: Early Intervention Coordinator (12 month contract) *with possibility of an extension*
Reports to: Team Leader
Hours of work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
o Assist young people to improve their life skills through designing and implementing life and social skills programmes in individual and group settings.
o Run a weekly drop-in center to offer early help and advice, signposting young people to relevant support agencies.
o Set up and deliver outreach sessions with partner agencies, being the first point of contact for referred customers.
o Develop and implement enhanced partnership working across public, voluntary, and community sectors to provide integrated support.
o Monitor and review joint working arrangements, providing feedback on outcomes and performance.
o Provide advice and support to stakeholders such as Service Heads, Social Workers, Youth Offending Service, and health and housing providers.
o Develop and deliver training/briefings to partnership agencies, promoting an integrated approach to early help.
