You will be required to follow up on social-media enquiries, reconnect with lapsed customers and manage automated chat processes to nurture leads and generate repeat business.Key Responsibilities Follow up promptly on enquiries from social-media platforms Contact existing database members to promote and sell online courses Re-engage lapsed customers to encourage repeat enrolments and upsells Set up and configure automated chat flows and lead-capture bots Monitor incoming messages and respond in a warm, engaging manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales outcomes and follow-up actions Track performance metrics (response times, conversion rates, repeat-business rates) Candidate Profile Naturally warm communicator who builds rapport easily Comfortable making calls and online outreach, with a genuine drive to achieve targets Able to set up and manage chat-automation tools, desirable Enjoys flexible hours, plans workload effectively and follows through on tasks Genuine interest in women’s wellness and beauty products, would be an advantage Access to own car due to office location on the outskirts of Northampton
