We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑focused individual to join our Planning team and help ensure the safe, efficient and cost‑effective delivery of all transport activities. As a key part of our operation, you’ll support the delivery of accurate daily schedules, optimise fleet utilisation and keep us on track to meet our performance targets. Generate accurate and timely delivery, shunt and trunking schedules to meet operational KPIs. Monitor and balance fleet utilisation, including arranging sub‑contracted support when required. Identify and resolve planning issues promptly, taking corrective action and supporting continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to maintain high operational standards. Review volume forecasts and proactively prepare for peaks to maintain service performance.
