We are currently looking for a Senior M&E Project Manager.
Based on site in Bromley by Bow E3 3AE –
Full M&E package for 316 Apartments and 6 Townhouses
Job Spec:
* Support the current mechanical and electrical project managers
* Ensure the shared folder is kept up to date each week with Friday packs, QA’s, labour forecasts, material management etc
* Control material spend
* Track variations and report them to the commercial manager
* Track the build programme and forecast labour and materials
* Track the build programme and report delays to the commercial team
* Work with the client and build on an already good relationship
* Manage sub contractor packages and ensure they are keeping to programme and plan in commissioning
* Manage the commissioning programme with our 3rd party commissioning manager
* Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and team
* Attend monthly CVR meetings with the Senior Management team to ensure the project is coming in on budget
* Produce monthly project reports for the team and the client
