Candidate Profile
***A 2:1 or above from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university
***Strong academic credentials and passion for education
***Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
***Prior tutoring or experience with young people is a plus, but not essential
***A genuine desire to pursue a career in teaching
