Shift Lead at B&Q Gloucester
Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week. Full‑time equivalent salary: £28,741.44 per annum (inclusive of £0.54 per hour and store‑specific allowance). Includes pension, 6.6 weeks holiday and benefits package.

Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues to achieve the “make every customer count” objective throughout the shift.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store is safe at all times.
Requirements
* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Ability to view the store globally and adapt to different areas.
* Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
