What are we looking for?
- An experienced Facilities Manager, responsible for the services provided to the Developer, Leaseholders and Tenants of Tottenham Hale Retail Park

- Someone capable of managing an existing team and providing regular updates to the Operations Manager

What will we expect in return?

As an Estate Manager, you will manage, on a day-to-day basis, a multi-disciplined contract on site to include cleaning, security, and customer service duties. These must be delivered in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix. This will include the following duties (but not limited to)...

* Delivery of exceptional Customer Service to the site, it's tenants and customers.
* Maintaining agreed service levels, by fulling understanding the clients' requirements.
* Taking responsibility for the Health, Safety and Compliance Standards at site level, and to act as the Authorised Person for the site.
* Management and development of staff in the site-based Team.
* Ensuring that appropriate systems and procedures are put in place and properly monitored and managed.
* Monitoring performance and taking appropriate action to ensure continuous improvement.
* Management of the services budgets and accounts.
* Management of the preventative maintenance plan.
* Daily visual inspections of the estate.
* Weekly reporting using the dedicated AEJ process and systems
* Providing monthly reports to the Client and Operations Manager on performance and other issues in line with the KPIs and format agreed with the Client.
* Maintaining working relationships with supply chain partners.
* Assess Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safety Policies and other relevant documents from those contracted to undertake work at the site, and ensure consistency/complementary with the policies and practices adopted by the Client during the phased construction of the site
* Responsible for ensuring that all Audit arrangements are suitable and sufficient for client and Mainstay requirements and completed in a timely manner.
* Responsible for ensuring that all relevant Legislative Requirements are met in respect to the contract requirements.
* Responsible for ensuring efficient and suitable communication is maintained with the Client's Representatives, Leaseholders & Tenants, Mainstay Group and external authorities.
* Such other duties as the Operations Manager may from time to time reasonably require.

* Proof of in date SIA Security License, to include the CCTV element also.

What do you need to know:

* Excellent understanding of Cleaning and SIA protocols and methodology
* COSHH and Health & Safety Legislation
* A good understanding of facilities management, our clients, and their associated needs.
* Excellent understanding of emergency evacuation procedure and ensure full compliance during ad-hoc system tests and live evacuations.
