Be part of something different
This is a unique opportunity to work with, and make a real difference to, the lives of our very young children, aged 6-10 when they join us. Our children have experienced significant trauma in their lives, often compounded by multiple breakdowns with family and foster care placements. Our goal is to provide a therapeutic intervention which helps our children to move on from us before they reach their teenage years with the skills and resilience they need to manage in family settings and schools.
We have remained a small family run organisation, dedicated to our values and ethos. Over decades we have developed our own unique approach and the results we achieve are exceptional. We continue to strive to learn and grow together, embracing ideas and development, where everyone’s voice is valued.

Our Children
When our children come to us, they are a bubbling pot of feelings and emotions, we understand that behaviour is communication. We help our children understand that they are not bad, but bad things may have happened to them. We help them to understand and name their feelings, helping them to develop strategies to allow them to be successful in all aspects of their lives. By the time they are ready to leave us our children have the ability and resilience to cope with their next step.
