Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will work pro-actively to manage all tickets on the Colleges helpdesk system. You will act as first point of contact for customers across the College, resolving as many incidents and requests on the first call as possible, and escalating to the IT Engineers where appropriate. You will also carry out a variety of administrative tasks including processing orders of equipment, checking and processing invoices and liaison with suppliers. You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook and good administrative skills including the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively under pressure.
