Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You'll learn about our products to assist customers effectively and ensure they have a memorable experience.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor setup.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
* Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.
