Associate Project Manager – Care Home Projects
Remote (travel to sites in South/South East England)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, focusing on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a diverse portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to projects that improve the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility to completion
* Collaborate with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers
* Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and relevant design principles
* Manage stakeholder communications with clients, design teams, and internal departments
* Monitor project performance, report progress, and identify risks proactively
* Participate in site visits and meetings across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy, preferably in healthcare or care home projects
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
* Knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments
* Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving approach
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
* Experience with regulated environments such as CQC is highly desirable
