I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business based in Wakefield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process for both UK and international customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order receipt through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with UK and overseas customers
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch
* Handling customer queries and providing updates
* Supporting with export documentation where required
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales order processing role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international customers
* Proactive and able to work well within a team
