This is an excellent opportunity for a Laundry Assistant to join the team at Aria Healthcare, a 34-bedded Residential & Dementia Care Home in Liss, Hampshire. The successful candidate will take great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, providing a clean and welcoming environment for the residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Laundry Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the laundry operation, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clean linen and clothing. You will work closely with the wider care team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. This is a 15-hour per week role, working across two days (Thursday and Friday).

Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required for this role, but experience in a similar laundry or housekeeping position would be an advantage. The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work efficiently and effectively, and have a positive, proactive attitude.
