We are excited to be working on this new recruitment push by a leading specialist residential conveyancing law firm based in modern offices in Gloucestershire. The firm has grown significantly over the years and has developed an excellent reputation in the market, both here in the SW region and in London and nationally.
The firm is recruiting for roles that will suit qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers. These positions focus on mainstream residential property sales and purchases both locally and in the London high‑net‑worth market, equity release matters, and complex country house and estate clients.
Responsibilities
* Handle mainstream residential property sales and purchases.
* Manage equity release matters and complex country house and estate client transactions.
* Develop and build the firm’s market capacity to win new work.
* Work within a hybrid‑working model (ideally 3 days in‑office/2 days remote) and may opt for a 9‑day fortnight arrangement for excellent work/life balance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Experience and ambition to build a successful long‑term career within a specialist conveyancing practice.
