Job Title: Content Marketing Executive

Location: Head Office, Cheadle, SK8

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: Full time

bMindful Psychology are currently recruiting a Content Marketing Executive to join our Head Office team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. At bMindful Psychology our team focuses on providing sector leading therapeutic services and training for children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, helping them improve their emotional and psychological well being.

Job Summary

You'll be responsible for creating engaging content across our digital platforms, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and downloadable resources. You'll also play a key role in ensuring that we maintain a consistent message across our website and marketing materials reflecting our values of compassion, authenticity, integrity and resilience. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference — helping individuals, families, and organisations discover and access the therapeutic support they need.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging content as part of our inbound marketing strategy.
* Write blog posts and articles on psychology, wellbeing, and mental health topics.
* Create social media content that builds awareness and engagement.
* Design and update digital resources, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Ensure our materials are consistent and interlink across all platforms.
* Collaborate with our clinicians to turn psychological expertise into user-friendly content.
* Ensure all communications are consistent with bMindful's tone, brand, and values.

Skills & Experience

* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
* Confident using Canva (or similar) to create high-quality visual content.
* Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
* Good IT skills, with knowledge of content management systems.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Previous experience in content marketing or a related role (essential).
* Interest or knowledge in psychology, mental health, or wellbeing (desirable but not essential).
