Retail Digital Manager
Location: Wiltshire (hybrid 2 - 3 days a week onsite)

Are you a technically minded engineer or designer who thrives at the intersection of retail technology, digital experiences, and product storytelling? We're looking for a Senior Manager to help shape the future of instore experiences across our global retail estate.
In this role, you'll lead the creation of innovative retail AV and digital experiences that bring cutting-edge technology to life in our Stores. You'll solve complex technical challenges, develop prototypes and mock-ups, and create compelling digital content that enhances shopper understanding, engagement, and conversion.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Software, Concept Design and Retail teams to ensure our in-store demonstrations, training materials, and digital touch points clearly communicate how our technology works - and why it's better.
1. Develop new digital content, prototypes, and instore experiences for product launches and ongoing categories.
2. Create technical training documentation and support instore teams.
3. Produce mock-ups, early proof-of-concepts, and 3D-printed prototypes to bring ideas to life.
