We’re looking for a Manager-level candidate to join our Out Of Home (OOH) team to drive delivery as an OOH Strategic Projects Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-consultants and industry experts to drive Royal Mail’s expansion and growth in OOH, with the team already delivering significant change to the UK Parcel Market through new Royal Mail Red Lockers, new digital Post Boxes, and new RM Shop Partnerships. About the Role Reporting to the Director of OOH Growth & Product, you’ll lead and deliver strategic projects across Royal Mail’s OOH portfolio, embedded within a team that has delivered significant impact to Royal Mail and the UK market over the last 12 months through new Royal Mail Red Lockers, new digital Post Boxes, and new RM Shop Partnerships. This includes shaping strategy, scaling infrastructure, driving innovation, and improving network performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and contribute to the future of parcel delivery in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage strategic OOH projects from scoping to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution. Support the development of OOH strategy, business planning, and scaling tools. Analyse network performance and recommend optimisation actions. Research and incubate new OOH product innovations. Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations. Act as a thought partner to senior leaders and deputise for the Director as needed. About You You’re a driven and analytical professional with a consulting toolkit and a strong ownership mindset. You are keen to take your skills learnt in previous roles and apply it to delivering change You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by the opportunity to shape the future of the UK parcel market & consumer behaviour What You’ll Bring: Strong management consulting experience (experience within McKinsey/BCG/Bain strongly preferred) Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in logistics or transformation (within or outside consulting) is a plus. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence at senior levels.
