Job Title: SQL Developer
Location: Completely Remote – any location within the UK
Salary: Depending on experience
WellData is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and dynamic SQL Server Developer with at least 3 years of experience. You’ll need in‑depth expertise in Performance Tuning and be comfortable juggling client needs while meeting deadlines.

Essential Experience
* SQL Server design and development
* Performance Tuning
* PowerShell
* Azure (Databases, Runbooks, Logic Apps, Data Factory)
Desirable Experience
* SSRS
* PowerBI
* Data Warehouse and ETL/ELT technologies
* Front‑end application development
* CI/CD and source control with Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent
Other Database Platforms
* PostgreSQL
* Oracle
* AWS
* MySQL
* NoSQL
Ability & Aptitude
* Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
* Willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies, and pursue relevant certifications
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Self‑motivated with effective workload management in a remote setting
