ECHO Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrators to join our clients dynamic team in Kettering, this is both Permanent and temp-perm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications. Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Maintain and update customer records in CRM software to ensure accurate information is readily available. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Process sales orders and manage order fulfilment in accordance with company policies. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and finance, to streamline processes and resolve issues. Ensure that all sales documentation is accurately completed and filed in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as required. Qualifications Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is advantageous. Strong computer skills and literacy, with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
