And we do it all right here at Sky. What You’ll Do Assist in planning and coordinating clan backlogs and project activities, timelines and deliverables. Manage associated risk and issues by identifying blockers and proposing solutions. Maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, action trackers, and status reports. Provide updates to and maintain strong working relationships with business and change stakeholders. Monitor task completion and escalate delays or issues to the Senior Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Lead. Coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery. What You’ll Bring Experience managing the delivery of a backlog of activity in a Salesforce or other CRM ecosystem. Experience in project coordination or administration within a technology or digital environment. Hands-on experience of tracking and managing work through collaboration tools such as JIRA. Demonstrable organisational and time management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe). Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative. You’ll be at the heart of delivering the technology roadmaps that support our UK and Ireland businesses. As a Delivery Lead, you will play a key role supporting the Sky Business roadmap, working closely with other delivery colleagues to deliver technology change across our CRM systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce. As a Delivery Lead, you will also build and grow strong working relationships within the UK Technology Team, Sky Business, and the wider Sky.
