What's involved? As Sous Chef you will be a key component in not only the kitchen team but in the wider hotel as well. This seasona role begins in April through to October and offers a range of challenges to keep you interested as well as giving you the opportunity to see the sights. The standard rota is 42 hours a week over 6 days on Split Shifts so you will have plenty of time off and the proximity of the hotel to the town and beach offers great appeal.
